I’ve been with a bunch of personal trainers before, and Garnett is by far the best one I’ve had. I’ve lost a substantial amount of weight in just over 6 weeks, and am doing workouts I never would have thought I could do.
Garnett balances perfectly not letting you make excuses, and pushing you to do more with your body, but not being aggro or making you feel down when you hit your limits. He’s in touch multiple times a day to see how I’m doing, and keep me motivated and positive towards keeping up on exercise and diet. He’s also on top of making sure form and composure are on point.
